The benefits which nurses find so appealing about
the AHR direct hire model are also excellent news for employers. Direct
hire means you know where you stand – AHR simply earns a one-off
placement fee that compares favourably with domestic relocation fees and
signing-up bonuses. Our nurses enter into a minimum 30 month contract
with your hospital. You pay the nurse directly, with no further agency
commissions and with no further obligations to AHR. This represents
significant savings as AHR’s one-time fee will only ever be a small
fraction of the cost of a “by the hour” agency nurse. Over three years,
you’d probably have paid a “by the hour” agency at least $55,000 more
than under AHR’s direct hire model. AHR’s nurses are also likely to be
better value – permanent staff are more loyal and always score more
highly in productivity ratings. An AHR nurse is not accustomed to moving
from hospital to hospital and your chances of retaining their services
beyond the end of the initial contract period are excellent.
AHR’s non US nurses are all fluent English speakers and will have the
TOEFL or IELTS certificate to prove it. Most will have worked for two
years or more in the United Kingdom, in addition to any professional
experience gained elsewhere in the world. They will bring with them a
track record which proves they have what it takes to succeed in the most
challenging of environments.
The AHR recruitment process is clear, transparent and straightforward..
